Welcome to Consorielle Imagine (https://imagine.consorielle.com). By using our website, signing in with Google, creating scripts, voiceovers, or videos, or purchasing Studio Credits via Paystack, you agree to these simple Terms of Service.
1. Who Can Use Consorielle Imagine
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in the European Union / UK) to create an account and use Consorielle Imagine. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
2. You Own 100% of Everything You Create
You keep 100% worldwide ownership and commercial rights to every story you write and every script, character image, voiceover, and video you create on Consorielle Imagine—whether you used free welcome credits, top-up packs, or a monthly plan. You are free to publish and monetize your creations on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, client work, TV, or film with zero royalties owed to us.
3. Protecting Our Studio Platform (Vault IP)
While you own everything you create, Consorielle Studio owns the Consorielle Imagine website, software, design, and internal Vault IP systems. You agree not to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our platform software to build a competing service.
4. Studio Credits, Pricing & Automatic Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are shown in US Dollars ($ USD) and Nigerian Naira (₦ NGN). Purchased top-up credits never expire. If a script, image, or voiceover generation ever fails due to a technical issue, 100% of the credits used for that task are automatically returned to your balance right away.
5. Acceptable Use & Safety Rules
To keep Consorielle Imagine safe and welcoming for everyone, you agree not to use the studio to create or upload content that involves:
- Harm or exploitation of children or minors;
- Non-consensual sexual content or non-consensual likenesses of real people;
- Scams, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activities;
- Hate speech, harassment, or violent extremism;
- Automated abuse or creating fake accounts to farm free credits.
Breaking these safety rules will result in immediate account closure.
6. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
Consorielle Imagine is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep the studio fast, accurate, and reliable, AI creations can vary and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Consorielle Studio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Studio Credits in the past 12 months.
7. Governing Law & Contact

8. Creator Partner Program
Creators participating in the Consorielle Creator Partner Program are bound by our specialized Partner Program Terms & Guidelines. Partners earn 20% on subscriptions and 10% on credit packs, backed by 45-day attribution cookies and a 30-day clearance window.
