Consorielle Imagine (https://imagine.consorielle.com) protects your privacy and personal information around the world, following the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements), Google OAuth 2.0 standards, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023).
1. Overview & What Consorielle Imagine Does
Consorielle Imagine is a web-based creative video script studio operated by Consorielle Studio. It helps writers, filmmakers, educators, and creators turn everyday stories into multi-scene video scripts, visual prompts, character references, studio voiceovers, and combined video files.
This Privacy Policy explains in plain English what information we collect, how we use and protect it, our strict promise never to sell your data or use your stories to train public AI models, and how you can download or permanently delete your account and data at any time.
2. Information We Collect
You can browse our Home page (https://imagine.consorielle.com/), Showcase (/showcase), Tutorial (/tutorial), Plans & Pricing (/pricing), and Video Merger (/merger) without signing in. When you sign in or create scripts, we collect only what is needed to run your studio:
2.1 Basic Account Details via Google OAuth 2.0
When you click “Sign In with Google”, we use Google OAuth 2.0 and request only your basic profile details:
openid— Your unique Google Account ID so we can recognize your account.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email— Your email address for account sign-in and payment receipts.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile— Your display name and profile picture shown in the navigation bar.
What We Never Access: Consorielle Imagine never asks for or accesses your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Contacts, or Photos.
2.2 Your Stories, Scripts & Saved Projects
When you write scripts, create projects, upload reference photos, or generate voiceovers in the Studio (/studio), we save them to your private library (/history) so you can view, edit, or download them whenever you return.
2.3 Temporary Video Merger Files
When you combine video clips and voiceovers in the Video Merger (/merger), your uploaded clips are processed temporarily to create your combined video and are automatically deleted right after your download is ready.
2.4 Billing & Studio Credits
When you buy Studio Credits or a monthly plan, we keep a record of your credit balance, plan tier, and payment receipts. All payment card and bank details are handled directly by Paystack (a Stripe company). Consorielle Imagine never sees or stores your card numbers or bank details.
2.5 Creator Partner Program Attribution
When you visit Consorielle Imagine via an authorized partner referral link, a privacy-friendly attribution cookie (consorielle_ref) is saved for up to 45 days. This enables our engine to reward the referring creator and automatically grant you +15% bonus Studio Credits on your very first purchase. We share only aggregate, non-personally identifiable referral statistics (such as order value and earned commission) with the referring partner—we never share your email, real name, private stories, or payment card details with affiliates.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Running Your Account: Signing you in and syncing your saved scripts, projects, and credits across your devices.
- Delivering Credits & Automatic Refunds: Giving you 6 free welcome credits when you join, deducting credits when you create a script, image, or voiceover, and automatically returning 100% of your credits if a generation ever fails.
- Creating Your Scripts & Audio: Sending your story text to our AI partners solely to write your script, create reference images, or record voiceover audio.
- Keeping the Service Safe: Protecting accounts from unauthorized access, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Promise
Consorielle Imagine's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Limited Use Only: We use your Google sign-in details solely to sign you in and manage your Consorielle Imagine account.
- Never Sold: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or stories to anyone.
- No Advertising: We never use your data for targeted advertising or ad tracking.
- Private by Default: No one at Consorielle Studio reads your private scripts unless you ask us for support help or we are required to by law.
5. Your Stories Are Never Used to Train Public AI
Your stories, uploaded reference photos, and scripts are sent over secure connections to our commercial AI partners (Google and DeepSeek) solely to create your requested scripts, images, and voiceovers. Your personal data and creative work are never used to train public AI models.
6. Trusted Service Partners
We work only with trusted service providers necessary to run the studio: Google (sign-in and AI generation), DeepSeek (optional script generation, receiving only your story text—never your name or email), Paystack (secure payment processing), Backblaze (secure cloud storage for your saved project images), and Cloudflare (website security and regional currency display).
7. Data Retention Schedules & Instant Account Deletion
- Active Accounts: Your saved scripts and projects stay in your library while your account is active.
- Delete Single Scripts or Projects Anytime: You can delete any saved script, project, or photo immediately inside your Archive (/history).
- Instant Self-Service Account Deletion & Data Export: Signed-in users can download a complete copy of their data or permanently delete their entire account and all saved projects in one click directly from the Privacy & Data settings in the app, or by emailing [email protected].
- Disconnect Google Sign-In: You can also remove Consorielle Imagine from your Google Account Permissions page at any time.
8. Cookies & Local Storage
We use one essential sign-in cookie (consorielle_session) to keep you logged in, and optional local browser preferences (such as your USD/NGN currency choice and cookie consent choice). We never use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Read our full Cookie Policy for details.
